Location

Stodůlky lies to the west of Prague. The community encompasses both a villa area and older tenement blocks. It is a location with excellent transport availability. The major artery here is Jeremiášova Street which subsequently joins Plzeňská Street running to the east of the site. In the near future, construction of several low-rise residential houses is planned to be launched separating the aforementioned road from the residential area.

In the immediate vicinity, one can find several bus stops, underground B line stations Zličín and Stodůlky, and a train station Praha - Řeporyje. The location is likely to be appreciated by families with children, primarily for a wide selection of nursery and elementary schools. The landscape of the area, featuring e.g. the Central Park or natural reserves Prokop and Dalejské Valleys, is another factor worth mentioning. The nearby shopping centre OC Zličín with a variety of shops and restaurants may also be used for sporting activities.
